You will be responsible for achieving new key listings for AQUA Carpatica, driving the commercial agenda to develop growth strategies and deliver exceptional value. Well aware of what makes a sales team tick, you will have full P&L responsibility over the company's accounts and be bale to identify opportunities based on strong analysis of trade, business trends and performance and guide the team to deliver against those objectives. The role requires strong sense of purpose alongside the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo within the channel to manage the full commercial side of the business, from accurate forecasting to A&P investment, and ensure that all activity drives a positive return on investment.
