This role is a solid traditional NAM, where you will be managing the businesses second largest customers, Co-op and Morrisons.
P+L management is essential for this role, price negotiation, budgeting/budget delivery and forecasting experience is a must!
Building relationships with Key stake holders, Category Buyers and cross functionally.
There is also an element of business development, in the sense that you would be looking to gain new listings, Sku's and developing NPD with existing customers with the aim to maximise profitability within accounts. This will also give you the chance to manage and oversee the projects.
Focus on delivering the commercial strategy in line with the customers. JBP management and negotiation is another essential element of this role.
This role requires someone who is bright, commercially savvy and confident with numbers. Previous grocery experience is essential and this role is open to candidates who are currently Buyers or NAE or NAM level with grocer experience.
