The Role: The new Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 500 accounts. Based from home you will be client facing, attending 2-3 meetings per day. Selling a range of fabrics for home furnishings, you'll be targeting independent and regional retailers, interior designers, showrooms and garden centres across the home counties. You will be tasked with growing these accounts by £400K over the next few years, at which point you will be looking after £1M worth of business.

The Company: A global textiles leader, our client has over 50 years of experience in this industry. A British family run business, they boast own label and international brand names in home décor and accessories. Their portfolio includes fabrics, bedding, curtains, blinds and cushions, stocked in design showrooms and independent retailers as well as nationals like John Lewis.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have sold to retail - any seasonal or homeware product
  • Based in South East England
  • Outgoing, relationship builder
  • Driving license
