THE ROLE: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of services and solutions into a variety of sectors, including Estate Agents and Property Management companies, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Managing your own time, you will be contacting a range of different points of contacts to secure new business opportunities as well as maintaining strong relationships with your existing account base. As Area Sales Manager you will need to be proactive with your work and identify leads yourself, as well as pursue those passed by the telesales team.

THE PERSON: Although knowledge of the residential property sector would be an advantage, to be considered for the role or Area Sales Manager the key criteria is experience of working in a fast paced, B2B sales environment. You must be highly organised, proactive and charismatic with a drive to excel and progress within a sales role.
