Senior Brand Manager - Pom-Bear

As our Senior Brand Manager, you'll report directly into the Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to truly influence, shape and execute the brand strategy, including managing the communications plan and long-term innovation pipeline

Key skills and experience required:

• Experience in creating, shaping and excellently executing a successful brand vision, strategy and plan

• Significant Brand Management including full P&L and Marketing Budget ownership

• Ability to develop and launch innovation including the development of a long-term innovation funnel

• ATL & BTL experience, particularly within Top 4 Grocery/Convenience

• Excellent interpersonal skills, working closely to lead, inspire and influence key project teams and stakeholders e.g. Sales, Innovation, Trade and Shopper Marketing, Category, Sales, Finance, Forecasting

• Experience in developing and creating strong relationship with agencies, specifically ATL, design, BTL, PR agencies

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, inspiring confidence particularly when presenting to the Marketing Director, Executive Board, Sales etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Creative, strategic, passionate and excited about brands, people, marketing, contemporary culture – and ideally snacks!
• Likely to be a classically trained FMCG marketer with UK end to end full mix marketing experience, including long-term Strategic and annual Brand Planning
• A positive self starter with the ability to work autonomously and looking to make a difference!
• Commercially minded with the ability to successfully prioritise workload
• Able to make recommendations and inspire and influence upward
• FMCG food and/or drinks experience (3-4  years+) would be an advantage
