£33.5k p.a. + company vehicle + 10% performance based bonus
Right now, we’re looking for a Regional Manager to lead our team of Activation Executives, representing a leading tobacco brand across London and the South. You’ve already demonstrated that you’re a brilliant field sales Manager. Now’s your chance to prove you can do the role autonomously, under your own steam, but with just the same outstanding impact.
You’ll manage a team of Retail Activation Executives, and will have a real focus on each of your team’s individual’s performance. That means driving the team to exceed KPIs, grow sales and bring real return on investment on our clients products.
It’s about reviewing forecasted sales volumes in line with performance data. And then planning and delivering the kind of training in order to smash your targets. Not to mention recruiting and developing new Retail Activation Executives to maintain the strength of the team.
We’ll give you a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and 10% performance based bonus to motivate that already boundless energy of yours. But you’ll also need solid managerial experience, knowledge of the convenience market and a full, clean driving licence
