Field Sales Executive - Independent Retailers

The business is delivering 20-25% growth yr-on-yr and continues to invest in all areas of the organisation helping them meet customer demands and providing first class product innovation.
You - will have responsibility for delivering growth with Independent Retailers within their category where the customer relationship is key to building profit within the channel. Your success will be built upon your business development plan and mapping of Independent retailers within the South East region where the execution of the plan with see the commercial results.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Some commercial experience working for an FMCG organisation in a field-based role
- Must be able to create and maintain strong customer relationships… eg: be personable!
- Must have the ability to generate new business and develop those accounts
- Commercially savvy with good business understanding
- Currently based in the South East / Northern Home Counties region
