The appointment of a highly successful and experienced National Retail Sales Manager is core in delivering its sales growth ambitions.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Group Retail Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for maximising profitable sales growth by predominately increasing market share in line with the sales plan. You are to lead and develop a high-performance team of Area Sales Managers, to gain new and grow existing Retail/Merchant outlets and displays.

You will contribute to the strategies ensuring your team is maximising revenue growth while continually seeking opportunities for margin enhancement, managing key accounts and achieving agreed KPIs.

This is a substantial Customer facing role and team leadership and development will be critical to your success, so you will need to lead by example to ensure that your team is passionate about Omega PLC’s Customer Agenda.

The Person:

You will have a successful sales track record operating in the same sector or allied sectors in Kitchens/Bathrooms/Bedrooms manufacturing, Consumer Durables or FMCG in a multi-divisional business in both a sales and strategic capacity. A proven career with a manufacturer in KITCHENS SALES, especially a major brand, would be an advantage.

You will possess the appropriate skills to manage, train and motivate your Sales Team with experience of operating at a senior level and a proven track record of delivering success.

You will be an excellent communicator, negotiator and above all, a customer centric leader with a track record that you can demonstrate of achieving both sales and business goals.
