We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Business Analyst to join our team in Richmond. 

TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead / contribute to:

 

Establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques such as eliciting & documenting requirements with stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, producing business models, preparing business cases, usability requirements analysis and usability evaluation Identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business Providing input to and/or assist in ensuring compliance with agreed best practices preparing account plans, budget proposals, resourcing plans and project plans creation and maintenance of IT strategies Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans Understanding the overall Enterprise Architecture and assess degree of conformance of existing  and new  business processes Overseeing implementation of solutions – checking against the initial requirements ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Working in a new product category environment with a connected consumer focus Working with diverse stakeholders, globally and locally Supporting end market launches of the new product categories in line with global strategy and the expansion plan Aligning across all onmin channels to ensure end to end capability requirements are understood and reflected Working across agile and waterfall methodologies SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

 

Business-facing IT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an IT-related discipline E-Commerce\Digital experience Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and business metrics Understand the background, issues and implications of company and functional strategic imperatives
