Sales and Marketing Director | West Midlands

Based at the office in the West Midlands.

Our client is a well-established family owned business and regarded as one of the leaders in their field.

They produce a wide range of quality nursery stock and trees and supply a huge variety of customers, both retail and amenity, from their site in the West Midlands.

In order to help the company achieve its goals we have been asked to help recruit a new Sales and Marketing Director for the business.

The role……simple really……

To drive profitable sales with both new and existing clients.

To manage and motivate an excellent Sales team and identify new and innovative ways to delight our client's customers.

To help support and actively work with all the other divisions in the company to ensure the business grows the right product at the right time at the right quality and at the right price.

The right person must have…..

Fabulous interpersonal and communication skills and be a natural sales professional.

Excellent man management and team leadership ability and experience of driving profitable growth.

An excellent track record of success within the horticulture industry selling plants to retailers or the amenity sector.

Excellent commercial nous and trading knowledge, contacts and ability.
