National Sales Manager
Cake Décor are the one of the leading suppliers of cake decorations to the UK supermarkets. We also supply trade packs to most UK plant bakeries.
We are a young and vibrant organisation offering a diverse and challenging role for the right candidate. The business is moving into its next stage of growth within the decorations market and requires a highly motivated National Sales Manager to support that growth.
The Role of National Sales Manager
You will develop our bulk trade business UK-wide, maintain a regular sales call plan, maximise sales opportunities with the existing B2B customer base and develop many more opportunities for our quality, sought-after product range.
As National Sales Manager you will be involved with developing new and existing customers to their full potential, through regular visits, showcasing our range, effective follow ups, organising quotations, samples and specifications. We would very much expect the successful candidate to bring new customers to this area of our business.
The successful candidate should aim to grow sales significantly and develop excellent relationships.
Alongside this UK role, we have identified a number of key Scottish bakers with great potential, requiring development who would also fall under you remit.

Qualifications and Experience
- Strong FMCG background ideally within food
- Sold to Food Manufacturers (e.g. Bakkavor, Greencore, 3SFG, Bakery Manufacturing)
- Confident dealing with head office, hungry to achieve and an excellent relationship builder
Salary: Up to £45k + bonus, company car, health care and pension
Location: The role of National Sales Manager is a field sales one covering Lancashire, Yorkshire, North East and Scotland.
