Key Account Director - Umbrella Services - £50K + 20K OTE + Expenses + Client Entertaining!

Salary: £47,000 - 52,000 basic + £20,000 uncapped OTE
  • £275M Turnover Business
  • 80% People Management - 3 BDMs
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • Field Based 4 days per Week


The Role: As Sales Manager you will be working with recruitment agencies to provide business solutions to temporary workers and contractors. You will inherit a senior account base that you will have to manage and develop, speaking to directors and consultants to achieve preferred supplier status.

You will spend 80% of your time managing 3 business development managers based across the UK, coaching and overseeing their day to day activity. Typically spending 4 days per week out in the field with your team, Monday's will be spent in the London office.

Full training and progression is offered here, as well as progression into Key Accounts, fantastic earning potential and uncapped commission!

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have people management experience
  • Come from a business to business sales background
  • Outgoing and resilient
  • Driving license
