Salary: £27,000 - 32,000 basic + £20,000 uncapped OTE

The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be working with recruitment agencies to provide business solutions to temporary workers and contractors. You will inherit an account base that you will have to manage and develop, speaking to consultants, agency owners and directors.


You will spend 50% of your time promoting their products and services to new companies, prospecting and self-generating business. Typically attending 12 meetings per week, you will work mainly across Central London and the South East. Monday's will be spent in the office, 4 days per week home based and client facing.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have business to business field sales experience
  • Outgoing and resilient
  • Driving license
