National Sales Manager - Cake Decorations

THE ROLE: The National Sales Manager is tasked with maximising sales opportunities for branded and own label products to an existing customer base - which includes retailers, bakers, cake mix manufacturers and smaller craft bakery suppliers. Developing these accounts to their full potential will be key, through regular visits, promoting the product range, effective follow ups, organising quotations, samples and specifications. The successful candidate would be expected to bring new customers to this area of the business too. Reviewing of sales figures and achieving the forecast is a key requirement in this role, along with forecasting any future growth. The successful candidate will travel all over the UK and be prepared to visit the office in Scotland for 1 day per week.
- Ideally field sales experience, knowledge of food ingredients or selling to food manufacturers
