Business Development Executive (Soft drinks)
Salary: £21-£23k plus £6k bonus + benefits
Market: On-trade

THE COMPANY: 
On of the the UK’s oldest and most established soft drinks companies are looking for an outgoing full time Business Development Executive to join the team. Since it’s rebrand four years ago, Hartridges has grown from strength to strength with packaged and draught dispense sales up 40% and growing.

You will be developing draught dispense and packaged listings in the Greater London area. Candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for the 'on-trade' together with sales and commercial skills.


KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Gain new listings of our products in independent on-trade outlets
  • Work closely with distribution partners to identify new business and grow existing business
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Overachieve set KPI’s for territory, based on new distribution
  • Any other reasonable additional duties that may be required from time to time


THE PERSON:

  • 1 year minimum field sales experience in the On Trade
 preferred
  • Good knowledge of the U.K. drinks industry

  • An excellent relationship builder and communicator
  • 
Self-motivated to organise and plan your own diary and comfortable with a 100% field sales role

  • Ambitious, results-focused and willing to get stuck in
  • Confident, persuasive, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a hunger for driving new business.
  • A full driving licence.
