Regional Sales Manager - Automotive Finance - £30K + uncapped commission

Salary: £30,000 basic - OTE £55,000

The Role: As a Regional Sales Manager you will be tasked with creating new business, sourced in three main ways; self-generation, networking and fact finding. You will attend 4-6 meetings per day, based in the field and covering Home Counties territory. This role will require the successful candidate to be tenacious in following up leads, organised and self disciplined. Full company training is provided.

The Company: In less than 15 years our client has turned-over £75 million and are one of the biggest players in the motor finance industry. Primarily providing finance for the used-car and franchise car dealerships in the UK, they are looking for two Regional Sales Manager's to increase their Southern and Northern, Home Counties presence. More recently the business was acquired by a new group with huge growth plans, thus creating various routes for progression for the successful candidate.

For this Regional Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have strong B2B, field sales experience
  • Experience and awareness of commercial marketplace
  • Commutable to territory
  • Proven track-record of new business success
