The organisation:
A leading consumer healthcare business with brands at the forefront of the UK market, and who have seen constant YoY growth for the last 5 years are looking to expand their marketing team. They are looking for a talented Senior Brand Manager to help them continue their growth & lead on some exciting brands.
The role:
You will be working with a high-growth portfolio including one of businesses biggest brands, leading on the development of Brand Vision & Strategy, Innovation Pipeline and developing the 3-year growth plan. You will also have responsibility for 2 direct reports.
The person:
Preferably you will be coming from a consumer healthcare business operating at a BM / SBM level. You need to be a leader & be someone who can inspire others, from your direct reports through to senior stakeholders. You should have P&L management experience & be commercially savvy.
