The Organisation

You will be working for a global leader in the FMCG space, with bright, modern offices and a reliable inhouse ERP system, using state-of-the-art EDI. You will be joining a well-established and hardworking team, with lots of office based tech support available.

Due to the international nature of the business and their brands, you will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders outside of the UK and Europe.

This position will offer broad commercial exposure and end-to-end Supply Chain visibility.

The Role

Your role will focus on order capture, working with JDE (JD Edwards). Your work will help account for promotional variants and supply chain fluctuations, including delays and shortages.

You will help to resolve customer issues and queries, acting as a key point of contact and delivering excellent customer service.

Working closely with the Customer Service and Demand Planning teams, you will anticipate and communicate service and/or delivery issues.

The Person

You will be an experienced Supply Chain professional, who is confident working at a fast pace with a high volume of orders. You will be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and excellent communication skills.

Our client insists that professionals must be educated to degree level.

Candidates with previous experience of working in JDE (JD Edwards) will be looked on favourably.
