Job Title: Project & Process Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
A large distribution company based in Swindon, who are responsible for distributing parts for the automotive industry. Predominantly working for one key client, the dedicated team can also offer expertise and services covering logistics, warehouse management, training, packaging design and quality assurance.
As Project & Process Manager, you will primarily use your expertise to ensure that processes are optimised. You will work to eliminate waste, plan and implement new processes and support new model introductions. You will ensure that the company meet the business requirement by fully supporting all objectives and targets set by the company whilst also working within a TQM framework of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Management and Safety.
You will have experience of reviewing, querying and redefining existing processes, including work measurement and method studies / value stream mapping. You will possess strong skills in critical thinking, acute listening, problem solving, analysis, examination of processes and creativity.
For this role there is a package of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
