The UK business was established over 20 years ago and is now a major player in its category
Lots of exciting NPD and marketing initiatives for 2018/2019
TV advertised brands
Continue to develop and manage the business with major multiples/grocers
Working on formulation of JBPs and their implementation
Responsible for achievement of sales and profit targets
Management of customer P&L.
Development of relationships cross functionally, drive sales and manage trade promotional spend
Classic FMCG background with proven success in Top 4 multiples
Potential to move to Head of Sales in the short term
Strong financial/commercial understanding with ability to interpret and manage P&L.
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ideally a real foodie
