THE ROLE: The role of Client Support Manager is one of variety and opportunity. You will be responsible for sitting with customers on site, multiple times a week to affect the best possible outcomes for them. The company provides procurement and logistics support to the NHS and you will act as an extension of their procurement team.

In this Client Support Manager role you will need to be an excellent relationship manager with top class communication skills. You will be responsible for interpreting data and delivering outcomes from this data to the client. You will have an excellent head for numbers and you will be proficient with excel and other Microsoft packages.

THE COMPANY: Their end-to-end supply chain services incorporate procurement, logistics, e-Commerce and customer and supplier support. They transact around 315,000 product lines, ranging from bandages to baked beans, gloves to implants and even diagnostic equipment such as MRI scanners.
