The role in more detail..
Our client is looking for top talent from the FMCG industry to manage relationships with Ocado, reporting into the Grocery Channel Director. You will leverage industry leading analytics and shopper insights to grow the business as well as leading negotiations and executing best-in-class shopper focused plans with your customer.
The ‘ideal’ fit
- Have experience at National Account Manager level managing a Grocery/Convenience account
- MUST have 1st class negotiation skills
- Be able to demonstrate understanding of the Category Management process and awareness of how to use it to generate wins
- Entrepreneurial flair
- Listens, understands & responds to customers’ needs
Salary and benefits package are highly competitive to attract the industry’s best talent. Flexible working, however you will need access to West London HQ circa 3 days a week.
