Location: London

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 DOE

My client is an award winning importer of wine that specialises in offering quality wines from across the globe. They have a fantastic portfolio of wines across many different grape varieties and regions that produce a well-balanced and respect range.

The role of Sales Director will be to manage the sales team and implement a strategic plan for growth of the products in the On and Off-Trade team. The position will work closely with the owners of the business to achieve greater success in the independent On-Trade, Grocery and Wholesale channel.  Developing a new reporting sales structure will be a key part of this position as will having previous experience in man management position. Working closely with principal owners and developing sales strategies and targets will also be imperative to the position.

To be successful with this application you will have worked in a senior sales position in the wine industry previously and have an in depth knowledge of the wine industry. You will have had direct management of numerous employees and been successful in launching new products into a variety of different channels.
