The Company:

We are partnering with a leading household brand that has been delighting consumers for generations. Due to ongoing growth this global industry leader are looking to recruit an S&OP Planner to join the team at their Global Head Office.





The Opportunity:

Offering great career progression this role is responsible for managing the supply planning and scheduling at one of their UK manufacturing sites.Working closely with demand planning, materials requirements planning, customer services and the factory operational team, this role involves regular liaison and exposure to, other areas of the business to make strategic KPI related decisions;
The key responsibilities of the role are:

• Manage the factory detailed capacity plan and master production schedule to deliver 98.5% inbound service level
• Deliver and maintain company inventory targets in line with the budget for your site
• Play an active role in minimising waste in the form of both raw materials and dead stock
• Represent the central planning in site operational meetings
• Control and maintain master data to ensure accuracy of plans as well as owning sections of the planning document and updating operating principles between site and central planning





The Person:

With a high degree of understanding of the end to end Supply Chain Planning Process the successful candidate will also have the following attributes:

• Highly numerate and analytical
• 2 years experience in an FMCG planning environment
• S&OP planning experience desirable
• Understanding of factory production processes
• Ability to negotiate and influence at senior level
• Ability to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast paced environment
