International Sales Manager (Healthy Food - London)
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an International Sales Manager at an innovative challenger brand taking on the Blue-Chips within their market with a product that is truly unique to them. Operating in the healthy food space, already in all major retailers and growing at astounding rates they have all the characteristics of the next big SME success story! The company is currently growing at a rate of over 400% yoy and due to growth and success had lead them to want to expand their workforce. The head office is based in Central London.
The role of International Sales Manager will involve:
- Identifying new sales opportunities through creation and execution of export sales strategy
- Managing and growing key Foodservice channels
- Working closely with distributors across Europe, creating and growing key business relationships in order to drive sales
- Full P&L and budget responsibility
- Create joint-business plans with key Distributor and Foodservice accounts
- Managing one direct report
- Managing internal and external reporting as well as forecasting, using your knowledge of the territory to recommend what action should be taken in order to drive growth and increase brand awareness
To be a successful International Sales Manager you will be:
- Flexible and proactive, thriving in a fast paced environment
- Experienced with full P&L and budgeting responsibility
- Significantly experienced in Export and Foodservice FMCG Sales
- Experienced in planning, delivering and executing sales strategy on an international scale
- An excellent communicator, comfortable presenting in front of a large audience
- A leader by nature, passionate about spreading the message of your brand
- Passionate about health in all senses of the word
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
