They have a diverse portfolio of products and this role is working for an arm of their business that they’re focusing on in order to drive growth currently. It’s a specialist product area that they feel has a huge amount of potential and therefore they’re investing heavily in it.
The main purpose of the CRM Manager role in the Centre of Excellence is to help grow European E-Commerce revenues by helping the individual countries set up and run their own best in class e-mail marketing campaigns. You will help each country to continually improve their own CRM operations and be the go-to person for assistance in this field.
You will have experience in designing and configuring online / email CRM campaigns, have a proven track record and are looking for a challenge in a new growing team. You are service-oriented: you don’t work for yourself, but for our team and our customer. You enjoy the idea of ‘building something new’ and like to transfer your own knowledge & capabilities to others. Besides that, you have a pragmatic way of working and are not afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’. You are up to date with the latest trends and opportunities in email marketing and have the technical knowledge to lay a solid foundation for years of growth.
