Highly respected food group operating within Branded and own label categories has recently expanded into new customers and categories through high growth NPD innovation programs.
Lead delivery of NPD to key customers in top four retailers through close commercial alignment of account and NPD plans to enable profitable returns to be made from the investments the group has made over the last 3 years.
You will manage a team of commercial and NPD individuals to oversee the alignment of NPD innovation and new listings. Interaction will occur at both MD,SD and operation director level in conjunction with key customer contacts at a strategic level.
Quick commercial thinker who can work at pace and make a difference in a fast moving environment. With 7-15 years commercial exposure in your FMCG career you will be ready to take on greater commercial responsibilities, deliver strategic growth and benefit for the training provided as part of this global group.
