Regional Sales Manager Impulse
As an Area Sales Manager for our Ferrero UK account, you will lead, direct and manage a team of Retail Development Representatives.
A comprehensive knowledge of the independent, convenience and cash & carry retail sector is essential, with a proven track record of performance management that drives sales growth. You’ll need to be able to think strategically, set objectives and inspire others to achieve challenging targets.
Ferrero UK is recognised for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise - unique brands which are well loved throughout the UK. If you’ve got sharp commercial acumen, ambition and adaptability, you’ll quickly find that this role offers huge opportunities to deliver improvements in brand and product performance.
We’re looking for someone with the analytical skills to understand exactly where the sales energy of the team can be channelled. You will analyse team performance, sales trends, product success and retail development. It involves working closely with retailers, Ferrero Impulse Sales teams and operations colleagues, exploring every opportunity to enhance distribution, availability, ordering, visibility/POS and display.
You must have:

- A full clean driving licence.
Travel throughout the UK, including some overnight stays, is required.
