Looking for a new challenge outside FMCG?

My client is a highly successful and well-established British based global company with a UK market leading position within the children’s special needs equipment sector.

Their reputation and success has been built on product design and manufacturing quality, together with the care and attention required within a complex route to market sales and supply process that includes the patient, parents, NHS trusts and third party distributor suppliers.

As part of their continued strategic investment and drive for growth in the UK market, the Head of Sales is looking to further develop their internal field sales team management structure, processes and standards of operation. With a clear focus on patient care, this role will require a high level of field sales management skills, experience and personal style to ensure that future sales performance is maximised.

We therefore wish to appoint a Regional Sales Manager with strong FMCG classical training and experience of successfully leading field-based FMCG teams. Clearly, you are motivated about the challenge of moving your career into another sector where you can develop and implement modern FMCG regional field team management systems and processes. These would include effective journey planning, customer relationship management, targeted selling and achievement, as well as leading your regional team of seven to nine “Product Specialists” into a high performing, structured and professional sales team.
