Role – Key Account Manager
Exciting role within a new innovative, healthy & nutritious vegetarian food brand.
Our new consumer brand is being launched in the UK and requires a dedicated key account manager to join our team
This will be position of influence and leadership within the senior team that will have real impact on driving the business forward. Reporting to the managing director, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, high energy candidate who is driven by results. This is a hands-on role that requires new customer acquisition as well as manging existing key accounts.
Candidate should have min. 3 years’ experience in key account management in FMCG with branded products. Experience in food & drink environment would be beneficial towards the role.
Manage and developing our business with multiple retailers and distributor partners
Drive distribution through winning major new accounts
Negotiating & Implementing Joint Business Plans
Managing promotional budgets and maximising their performance
Launch new products to existing and new accounts
Support new product pipeline development
Face of the brand at trade shows and events
3 Years key account management in FMCG area
Proven record of branded sales growth within food and drink retail
Ability to make an immediate impact within a fast-moving dynamic environment.
Excellent Communication skills
University Degree Educated
The role is based in Glasgow. Limited travel is required to UK customers and trade shows
