Brand Manager
Exciting role within a new innovative, healthy & nutritious vegetarian food brand.
Our new consumer brand is being launched in the UK requires a dedicated brand manager to join our team
This will be position of influence and leadership within the senior team that will have real impact on driving the business forward. Reporting to the managing director, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, high energy candidate with ability to grow and nurture a new and innovative on trend brand. This is a hands-on role that required a can-do attitude alongside strategic management & planning.
Candidate should have min. 3 years’ experience in brand management in FMCG products. Experience in food & drink environment would be beneficial towards the role.
Key Responsibilities.
Build on existing brand guidelines utilising consumer insight
Understand our consumer and ensure the brand is driven by their needs
Help create and execute marketing plans with key retailers.
Support our innovation pipeline for new products & support with product development testing
Create & manage PR and digital market strategies in partnership with our agencies
Organise, participate and manage trade shows and sampling events
Champion the brand internally and ensure consistent implementation throughout the organisation
Requirements
3 Years of brand amangement in FMCG area (preferably food and drink)
Proven record of innovation and project management, ideally including consumer research
Ability to make an immediate impact within a fast-moving dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in digital marketing
University degree educated
The role is based in Glasgow. Limited travel is required to UK customers and trade shows
