One of Europe’s most successful manufacturers of branded and private label food products are seeking a high calibre Senior National Account Manager to develop their Tesco business. Within the UK the business turnover is in excess £100m, they have a strong presence across the Grocery Multiple, High-Street and Wholesale channels. The business holds a leading position in its respective category, remains highly profitable, and has enjoyed extensive growth for several consecutive years. Following an internal promotion, they now looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager.
As a Senior National Account Manager you will be responsible for the strategic growth of the entire Tesco estate (Main estate, One Stop, Ireland and Europe). Reporting into the Commercial Director you will also work very closely with the Marketing and NPD teams to profitably drive the account. You will have full P&L responsibility and will develop a joint business plans whilst ensuring delivery of agreed KPIs.
To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of building long term trading relationships with the multiple retailers. You will be currently operating at National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager level and have managed Tesco. As for product background, experience with private label food products is essential.
From a location perspective, the contract is home based. You will be expected to be in London office up to 3 days per week.
