About the Role:

Due to rapid business expansion and success, a Coffee Barista Trainer is required to be based on site in the City within a prestigious financial services organisation; training staff members on a full range of high end coffee equipment.

Every day will be different, varied and will certainly have its challenges

You will be required to constantly evaluate what, how, where and why you do things and continuously strive to improve and develop systems and practices.

Communicate at all levels internally and externally always ensuring the best possible image of the business is portrayed at all times.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

In order to be considered for the role of Barista Trainer, you must possess the following;

• Experience of working as a Barista or Barista Trainer
• Living in London
• A professional attitude and appearance
• A ‘team player’ who works with and supports colleagues
• First class communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Please be aware - you may on occasion be required to attend training in Europe.
