National Account Manager - Waste Management Solutions

The Future: The company, having just invested millions in environmentally friendly waste disposal and recovery operations, are developing their offering to become the market leader in resource saving/recovery services. This investment will lead to career progression opportunities and new solutions to cross-sell and upsell into existing clients

The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a National Account Manager to manage 6-7 multi-site, national accounts in the retail, distribution and manufacturing industries. You will develop accounts, worth circa £8m in total, to cross-sell and up-sell the range of services and to ensure they renew their contracts. Based once per week from the North West office and otherwise home based you will typically be on 4-5 meetings per week nurturing relationships with Operations Managers, Contracts Managers and Heads of Procurement.

Requirements:
  • To be considered for the National Account Manager role you must have:
  • A track record of managing national accounts and contracts worth £250k+ annual spend
  • Experience of selling a facilities management related service


The Package for a National Account Manager
  • Basic: £38,000 - £45,000
  • Bonus / OTE: +£8,000 - £10,000
  • Car: BMW 3 series or allowance option
