Sales Support/Administrator

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining price lists, order processing, monitoring of orders, invoicing
• Stock delivery administration
• Check and prepare sign off for all artwork
• Support all marketing and sales critical path meetings

The successful candidate will be already operating in a Sales Support or Admin capacity used to working within B2B.  You will also:

• Hold experience of handling B2B customer queries/complaints via the telephone
• Have Stock management knowledge
• Hold strong communication skills
• Be systematic, organised and detailed in approach
• Be flexible and adaptable in nature
• Be a confident individual, engaging and consistent
• High street retail knowledge desirable but not essential
