Customer Development Manager

The Customer Development Manager is accountable for delivering commercial targets through the development of high quality account plans. Delivering financial and brand objectives with a key grocery customer, the Customer Development Manager will play a central role in trade promotions, planning and execution. We’re looking for people who don’t just want to get the job done, but who have a real passion for the consumers and a desire to do the best job they can. This role will offer you the freedom to act, the scope for growth and the tools to aim high.
The successful candidate will possess good commercial acumen, will be confident in taking robust positions with the customer but equally able to preserve strong relationships. Ideally we are looking for individuals who have had previous account management and probably regional & filed experience.
