Market Strategy & Planning Manager

Our client has a global presence with an instantly recognisable brand portfolio. With new offices and a growing team, this is an exciting place to take on the challenge of developing their new MS&P function.

With the backing of the European GM, this role has been earmarked as key to unlocking further growth within their expanding portfolio. You will sit centrally, liaising with Finance, Customer Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure the flow of information and to develop a successful 4P Marketing Strategy. You will be responsible for analysing data to develop profitable channel and customer strategies, with a focus on the commercial pricing and promotional strategy. You will also be responsible for developing the commercialisation plan for NPD working with matrix teams to take from concept to launch in a timely and profitable fashion.

The successful candidate will ideally be operating in a Commercial Planning, Revenue Growth or MS&P type position. You will be highly commercial and comfortable analysing data to extract information and develop successful commercial strategies. You will have gravitas and be able to influence at a senior level, presenting to multiple stakeholders and lead matrix teams. You will have the drive and intellect to recognise the true potential of this role and the opportunities this can unlock.
