Senior Global Insights Manager
Denholm are working on an exclusive basis with one of the hottest premium spirits businesses in the market who, due to exceptional growth are looking for a Senior Global Insights Manager to join their Head Office team. We are looking for an intellectually curious Insights professional who will lead a step-change in the wider team’s understanding of premium spirits consumers, generating insights that will help strengthen the portfolio and unlock growth opportunities for the business.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will champion the value of consumer insight within the business, inspiring colleagues across global and local teams to gain a deeper understanding of consumers. You will collaborate with and challenge both the Brand Teams and In-Market teams to ensure that activation of the brand plans are centred around strengthening the brand power based on consumer, category and insight based evidence.
As well as identifying and managing current consumer behaviours and trends, the ability to adopt a forward-thinking perspective on how the consumer landscape may evolve and what impact this would have for the brands is crucial.
Additional responsibilities include;
- Integrate and analyse information from a range of quant and qual methodologies including primary research, published reports, digital analytics and CRM databases to generate insights that will help maximise the brands’ appeal, relevance and distinctiveness among consumers.
- Collaborate with other teams in introducing guidelines for monitoring and reporting the performance of the brands and for measuring the effectiveness of marketing programmes.
- Liaise with senior management in each business unit to establish consumer insight priorities and develop a project plan.
