Client Details



Our Client is a market leading Digital business who deliver the best services to each individual client day in day out. They work mainly with public sector clients and are looking to expand their team as the business grows to ensure they achieve the highest possible standards for each client. They are 20% up YOY and have a turnover of £1.9m and are already on track to double it by the end of the year.



Description



Due to the rapid rate of growth within the business they are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to come on board and join their team. As an Account Manager the right candidate will be a key member of their team and will be responsible for the delivery and success of their products. You will be expected to go out and meet with clients face to face and build key relationships in order to maintain business. The Account Manager will ultimately own all customer relationships and will be responsible for ensuring their products are delivering the maximum possible value. As well as optimisation of revenue opportunities and input into strategic development of the whole department.



Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage account strategies and plans to deliver client objectives




  • Production and analysis of management information




  • Agreement and delivery of client SLAs and KPIs




  • Identification of opportunities within current client base




  • Contract maximisation and extension




  • Delivery of presentations to prospective new clients




  • Promotion of their products






Profile



The successful Account Manager will have sales experience, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and be able to multi task and prioritise work load. Along with be a high motivated individual and target focused. They would prefer someone who has worked with the public sector previously however this isn't essential.



The candidate will need to be able to travel out of the office 2-3 times a week with the specific area.
