Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

My client is a young and fast-growing brand based in North Greenwich, London. They are currently seeking a creative and organised marketing administrator to join our team. We are looking for a candidate that has a strong interest in Social Media, food and wellbeing while also having a good understanding of marketing and office administration. Applications with no mention of food, the industry that we are in, will not be considered.
The role will be split between general administrative tasks, such as, answering the office telephone and entering in sales leads. The other half of the role will include planning and create content for our social media channels and website, event organisation, website management and advertising campaigns while sticking to our brand’s unique identity. You will be responsible for creating quality content on our social media, as well as researching new collaboration opportunities with bloggers and social media influencers. You will be given the freedom to pitch new ideas for collaborations and set up new partnerships with food/lifestyle brands and blogs.
Daily Task:
  • Creating a variety of content and blogs for social media and our website.
  • Looking after our social media accounts across Instagram and Facebook on a day-to-day basis (may involve posting outside working hours)
  • Track and share trends and digital marketing developments; translate these into creative concepts
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections with our customers
  • Monitoring, tracking and analysing our own social media performance, as well as our competitors
  • General office administration work e.g. inputting sales leads into our CRM system
  • Organising and planning for exhibitions and events to ensure they run smoothly
  • Website analysis through google analytics
  • Implementing Embedding the brand
  • Create marketing plans and strategies for social media and future campaigns
  • Project managing marketing activities targeting both external and internal audiences.
  • Planning and organising events
  • Support in driving feedback and coordinating event follow up process i.e., communicating client leads.
  • Working with designers to create new work for print (e.g. booklets & leaflets) and re-designing and designing new product packaging.
  • Ad-Hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:
  • Marketing/creative arts graduate or professional with some marketing experience
  • Genuine interest in healthy foods and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major digital marketing channels
  • An interest in social media and digital channels
  • Have knowledge of photography and Adobe Photoshop
  • Fast learner
  • A digital nomad
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships at all levels
  • You strive for quality and enjoy researching and managing projects
  • Good multitasking and administration skills
  • Proactive, flexible and takes responsibility
  • Knowledge of WordPress is desirable but not essential
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
