The Job

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing FMCG business, reporting to the Head of Export Sales. This is a new export sales position, created to meet the demands of an increasing number of customers in export markets and in anticipation of the considerable growth still to be realised.

The business is growing at a rapid rate with very ambitious plans for the future and the acknowledgement that the expansion of the business will disproportionately come from export markets. The business wishes to hire an export sales executive capable of becoming Export Sales Manager within 12 months or so. The role will manage a number of existing distributors that in turn sell into the leading retailers of Europe.

If you are seeking a challenging and exciting position, are enthusiastic, driven and well organised, this could be the position for you. The successful export sales executive will be able to undertake occasional international travel and will be able to work from the company offices in Aylesbury. This role is NOT home-based.

The Company

An internationally focused FMCG business supplying branded product into multiple retailer channels. A fast-growing and dynamic business which can offer attractive career progression to ambitious people with export sales experience.


The Package

The business will create a package designed to attract their selected candidate. The final package will depend on the selected candidate’s level of experience but is likely to be in the area of £30-35,000, perhaps up to £40,000 plus package for an exceptional candidate.

The Person

We require a candidate with previous experience in export sales, including distributor management. This is essential.

Previous FMCG experience is welcomed but is not vital as the client will provide full training and believes in the transferable skills held by capable export sales people.

Language skills are not vital but fluency in any language is of interest to my client.
