The Role: The new Internal Sales Manager will be managing a team of telesales and business development managers, based from the Head Office in West Yorkshire. The team sells a full range of products for the home and personal use; including food, garden, DIY, health & beauty, electrical, pet, toys and cleaning products. The successful Internal Sales Manager will relish working in a lively atmosphere, selling to the Discount Retail sector; High Street Discount Multiples, Wholesalers, and Independent Discount Stores. Time will be spent leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of 5, together with direct sales responsibility.
