My Client is a growing international FMCG business based in Hemel Hempstead. This highly regarded company which has experienced year on year growth with a turnover of £2.36bn and has been its growth over the past few years. They are an organisation which operates on a global scale and they pride themselves on their training and development programmes to ensure that members of staff can achieve their true potential.
Description
- Execute monthly financial reports and provide the team with an up date view of the business
- Monitor retailer sales performance via retailer systems
- Keep up to date with product knowledge of competitors and their pricing
- Highlight new developments/products to the team
- Prepare and update competitors presentations
- Liaising with agencies; production sites and printers
Profile
The successful sales assistant will need to have the following;
- Degree Level Educated (Business / Marketing preferably)
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in FMCG desirable
- Knowledge of SAP/ BI (preferably)
- Analytically ability - confident with numbers
- Must be capable of working accurately and diligently to agreed timescales
- Capable of working autonomously when required
- Ability to think around a problem to develop solutions, and use initiative to get desired results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach
Job Offer
£22,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary
