Field Sales Manager - Courier Solutions - £35K + 15K OTE

Salary: £35,000-£37,500, OTE = £45,000-£50,000
  • Specialists in next day parcel network and delivery solutions
  • Dealing with prospecting leads and new customer base
  • Prospects of moving into additional areas of business


The Role: As a field sales manager, you will be focussed on winning new business from both SME and blue-chip markets. Attending 16 meeting per week, you will be dealing with business owners and directors selling next day parcel and delivery solutions. You will also be expected to attend 16 face to face meetings with customers per week, with one day based in the office.

The Company: Our client has been founded since the early 1900s, a recognisable business that specialise in parcel network and delivery solutions across the UK and Europe. Servicing the nation for more than 100 years, this business allows individuals to send items up to 1000kg for next day delivery. Previous case studies include delivery of leading kitchen specialists, suppliers of wrought iron and forensic equipment.

For this Field Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Sales experience essential
  • Experience in cold calling, telesales, door-to-door sales etc.
  • Driving license required
  • Commutable to either Andover/Basingstoke
  • A highly motivated and hungry individual with a real need to earn


Benefits of this Field Sales Manager role:
  • £35,000-£37,500 basic salary
  • £45,000-£50,000 OTE
