Junior National Account Manager
Retail – Fresh
Up to £40,000, car allowance, bonus, pension and private health care
Reporting to the Business Unit Controller, the Junior National Account Manager will be joining a £170million fresh food business based in the South East. Due to 20% year on year growth within the organisation there is now a requirement for a Junior National Account Manager to join the team, managing one of their retail accounts.
The key purpose of this role is to manage an agreed grocery account, as well as support the National Account Controller on the company’s largest grocery account. In addition to this you will be expected to proceed on all commercial opportunities to maximise the potential for sales growth and achievement of increased volumes.
- Development and achievement of increased sales growth.
- Managing the cost price analysis process and procedures.
- Setting and delivering on the customer business plans.
- Maintaining an accurate awareness and working knowledge of stock levels.
- Managing all aspects of the customer relationship.
- Complying with all company goals and initiatives.
The role requires at least 12 months national account experience, working within a dynamic and fast paced FMCG environment. To be considered for this opportunity you must have managed/supported on a Top 6 retail or discount retail account. FMCG food experience is essential, and all candidates from a chilled, ambient or frozen background will be considered.
