We are delighted to be working with a global FMCG brand who are leading the way with their innovative products and approach.

As they continue to grow, our client are looking for a hands on Operations Director to lead the end to end supply chain process, from procurement through planning to manufacturing aswell as distribution and customer service. This is a far reaching role with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic company who are growing across the globe.





The Opportunity:

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be involved with an industry leading, innovative company, shaping their operational strategy as they continue to grow.
The key responsibilities of the role are:

• Full responsibility for the end to end process, supply chain, manufacturing, quality
• Driving the global operational strategy
• Stakeholder relationship management across the key stakeholders of Production, Sales, 3PL , Suppliers and IT
• Full P&L responsibility
• Monitoring of the sales pipeline to ensure that resource is applied to ensure industry leading levels of order fulfilment and customer service
• Planning and execution of Capex projects
• Working with the Packaging, Marketing and Sales teams on the development of new SKUs





The Person:

A board level role, this opportunity will be challenging but ultimately rewarding for the right person. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure and be able to adapt and operate in a high pressure fast moving environment. You will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your teams to perform. Possessing a lean mindset, you will ensure that customer service is at the heart of decision making and that day to day operations run in an efficient and cohesive manner.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Global role within FMCG, preferably in Food & Drink
• Manufacturing background with a hands on approach
• Proven experience managing large complex processes and teams
• Commercial awareness and demonstrable experience running a P&L
• Ability to multi-task, prioritising your time across numerous disparate projects
• Experience of an enterprise level ERP system, ideally SAP
