Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible to expand the organisation's market presence in the cosmetics industry.
A fast-growing Health and Beauty Trading business specialising in the wholesale distribution of health and beauty products.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development as well as the management of an existing portfolio of products. The successful candidate will negotiate the sales of a wide range of cosmetics brands and liaise with customers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of goods according to those customer needs.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will analyse supplier pricing to determine where to focus purchasing, and match customer needs with supplier availability.
The Business Development Manager will expand the organisation's cosmetics market presence. The role will cover the entire purchase and sales, from sourcing and negotiating purchases to building offers and negotiating price and payment terms. The successful candidate will effectively develop, close and deliver sales opportunities.
This role is office-based in Bristol, and will require some international travel.
The role will suit a confident sales person from an FMCG or export sales background.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years' experience in a commercial and active sales function
- Ideally have experience in the Health and Beauty industry
- Have FMCG or Export sales experience
- Have evidence of managing a wide portfolio of existing accounts
- Demonstrate analytic, decision making and negotiation skills
- Be a confident traveller
- Be willing to commute to Bristol on a daily basis
