The role & The Candidate
This is a non-sales role which involves visiting targeted retail accounts within a defined geographical area. Like a merchandising role, this position entails an audit of the current stock levels, visual aesthetics, pricing, legal compliance for a given product set and much more.
You’ll love working to process, have a good eye for detail and you’ll need to be confident to introduce yourself to your customers and help build a long-lasting working relationship.
A full 6-week induction and training program awaits you as you embark on your career within this industry. You’ll be supported by your co-workers and your manager and whilst you work predominantly on your own you certainly won’t be lonely. Regular 1:1’s, team meetings and of course your 12-14 daily visits will ensure you are socially engaged.

In fact, if you haven’t progressed from this position within 12-18months they will consider they have failed in their role to develop excellent talent. Natural progression from this role will lead to opportunities within management or more senior positions within their businesses.
