At REACH we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Territory Development Executive to work within our business. The role will be working with our client, Premier Foods, in a hybrid multi-channel field sales role to grow Premier Foods’s sales by increasing availability, manage in store compliance and influence incremental displays You will also be responsible for negotiating incremental volumes and space at outlet level, designed to drive retail sales value across the entire Premier Foods brand portfolio.

The right candidate will be bright, articulate and ready to exceed sales targets as well as offering the right solutions for our clients. You will be joining our high-performing team and will take charge of accelerating our performance in terms of brand awareness, event and display execution to enhance turnover and increase market share. Employed by REACH, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships, driving in-store training plans, and training in-store staff on new and exciting products.

The successful candidates will ideally have trained experience within the retail background, although you could also be an ambitious, motivated individual with experience in other sectors. You will be excited about selling strong brands and show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must also hold a full driving licence.  There will be some travel in this role.
