Business Development Manager – On-Trade (Premium Spirits)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Car + Pension
Field Based – South East London
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual has arisen within a large international spirits business. The business has a fantastic portfolio of premium brands including an award winning range of luxury whiskies and a number of other products including premium rums and gins. They have incredibly strong presence in a number of the UK’s most prestigious customers and have recently been experiencing impressive growth. They are now looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager to cover South East London.
As Business Development Manager you will inherit a portfolio of c. 150 accounts in an already well-established South East London territory. These will be made up of premium and prestige on-trade customers such as Gastro-pubs, Cocktail Bars, Restaurants, Hotels and Private Members Clubs. You will be tasked with growing the portfolio and managing NPD launches within these accounts whilst prospecting for new business with other key target customers within your territory. You will also be given the autonomy run engaging activations, events and incentives to fully engage with your account base.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have drinks industry experience selling into the London On-Trade. This could be from within any category including spirits, beer, wine or soft-drinks so long as you have a passion for the world of premium spirits! This is a high-performing team so the desire and hunger to succeed is crucial. Those who are naturally personable and have strong commercial ability will flourish in this business!
